Echo has a large, highly prospective and underexplored tenement package in one of the premier Australian gold belts. The Company’s projects are split into two main districts: the Empire District 40 km north of the Bronzewing Processing Hub and the Bronzewing District being projects within an approximate 40 km radius of the hub.
The Company believes in utilising modern tools to develop and understand sophisticated structural models to accurately target known regional mineralisation controls. Echo has engaged industry leading consultants to complete comprehensive review of all available geophysical and geological datasets in the region.
A total of 53 targets were identified sharing similar geological and geophysical characteristics to multi-million ounce gold deposits. Further review by Echo prioritised 14 targets with first-pass exploration underway.
Empire District Regional Magnetic Prospectivity and priority targets
Echo inherited a database from Metaliko Resources Limited which included 3,663,000 metres of drilling. Ongoing review using modern analysis tools and geophysical data is providing a low cost means of finding highly prospective follow up targets. Modern magnetics show known deposits lie on an easily identifiable major mineralised structures suggesting key areas for follow up and conceptual exploration.
